Project Overview
Experimenting with packaging and integration.
These were a series of early personal prototypes where I explored how mechanical structures, fluid components, electrical controls, and wearable packaging could be integrated into a single physical build.
I worked through sketches, CAD models, printed housings, benchtop layouts, and multiple physical revisions. The value of the project was the iteration: each version exposed packaging, durability, or integration problems that informed the next build.
What I worked on
- Developed early concepts through sketches and SolidWorks models.
- Designed and 3D printed wearable housings and mounting structures.
- Packaged mechanical, electrical, and fluid components into successive prototypes.
- Used testing and fabrication feedback to revise the physical layout.
